Agreement
This website is operated by Halcyon Experiences, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes what we offer and invites you to inquire. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. Availability, dates, and rates are confirmed only in writing by us.
A booking is governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions, which we send with your confirmation, and by the Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk that every participant signs before taking part. Those documents control if anything here conflicts with them.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate, but seasons, regulations, wildlife activity, and ranch conditions change. Descriptions of hunting seasons, licences, and wildlife are provided for orientation only and are not legal advice. Confirm current rules with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission before you book travel.
Photographs show the working ranch and the animals that live on it. They are not a promise of what you will see or take on any given day. We hunt fair chase, and no hunt is guaranteed to produce game.

The text, photographs, video, and design on this site belong to Halcyon Experiences, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Halcyon Experiences™ and the Halcyon logo are trademarks of Halcyon Experiences, LLC, with applications pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish, or use our photographs or text commercially, and you may not scrape or bulk-download the site or use its content to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to send us anything false, threatening, or on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or gain access to anything not intended for you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Hendry County, Florida.
